You mention seeing related LBP's. Microsoft office for mac. Do they show CAPT in the name? I ask because you also mentioned the UFRII driver and I am thinking the LBP's you see in the list are those supported by the UFR2 driver, not the CAPT driver. If you do see other models showing CAPT in the name but not the LPB3010, then maybe the v3.40 driver did not install correctly and I would recommend you try installing the v3.40 CAPT driver again.
